How it works

   Step 1: Prepare the company documents

   Gather the commercial registration, tax registration, the identification of the authorised signatories and the proxy for any representative.

   Step 2: Submit the registration request

   Create a portal account and submit the registration request with scanned documents. Each authorised user is registered individually.

   Step 3: Verification

   Customs verifies the registration details against the commercial and tax registries and may request clarification.

   Step 4: Activation

   The trader file is activated and the portal account is enabled for declaration submission once a digital signature is linked.
