Twelve companies certified as Authorized Economic Operators
The latest AEO cohort gains priority processing and reduced inspection following a full compliance assessment.
Twelve companies have completed the Authorized Economic Operator assessment, which covers compliance history, internal controls, record keeping and financial solvency.
Certified operators receive priority treatment at all customs offices, reduced inspection rates and a dedicated account manager for day-to-day queries.
The programme is open to importers, exporters, brokers and warehouse operators. Applicants are assessed against published criteria and re-validated on a three-year cycle.
